ARE YOU A DEMO-PUBLIC?
Maybe you've been one all along.
America Is More Than Two Political Boxes
Millions of Americans agree with Democrats on some issues, Republicans on others, and neither party on everything.
Yet our political system increasingly asks people to accept entire ideological packages—or be treated as if they belong to the other side.
Demo-Publicism rejects that choice.
We believe Americans should be free to judge each issue independently and support the solution that best serves the country.
Country Before Party. People Before Politics.
What If We Asked "What Works?"
Demo-Publicism is not about splitting every issue down the middle.
Sometimes the best solution may be traditionally conservative.
Sometimes it may be traditionally liberal.
Sometimes neither existing party has the best answer.
Our standard is simple:
- Is it constitutional?
- Is it supported by evidence?
- Is it practical?
- Can we afford it?
- Does it improve American life?
Solutions Before Ideology.
We Don't Have to Agree on Everything
Americans can disagree strongly on some issues and still work together on most of what matters.
The Demo-Public Party rejects the idea that political cooperation requires complete ideological agreement.
If we share substantial agreement on the principles needed to move America forward, disagreement on the remaining issues should not make us political enemies.
We should be able to debate difficult questions honestly, change our minds when evidence warrants it, and still recognize one another as fellow Americans.
Agree on the 80%. Respectfully Debate the 20%.
Coalition does not require conformity.
Six Principles That Define the Demo-Public Approach
Freedom + Responsibility
Protect individual liberty while recognizing that freedom survives only when citizens accept responsibility for their choices, communities, and Republic.
Capitalism + Shared Prosperity
Support profitable companies, entrepreneurship, competitive markets, prosperous workers, and broader opportunities for ownership.
Rights + Public Safety
Defend constitutional rights while supporting narrowly tailored, constitutional measures that address legitimate public-safety concerns.
Secure Borders + Legal Immigration
Control America's borders, enforce the law, and preserve a functioning legal immigration system that continues America's tradition as a nation of immigrants.
Strong America + Independent Judgment
Maintain a powerful national defense, protect American sovereignty, respect valuable alliances, and require accountability before committing the nation to war.
Better Government
Government should be effective where necessary, limited where possible, transparent in its decisions, and accountable everywhere.
How Demo-Public Are You?
You do not need to agree with every Demo-Public position.
In fact, disagreement is part of the philosophy.
Answer a short series of questions and see where your views align with Demo-Public principles — and where they do not.
The goal is not to assign you a political label. It is to help you understand your own political philosophy more clearly.
Agreement matters. Honest disagreement matters too.

The Republic Works Only When the People Work It.
Citizenship Is Not a Spectator Sport.
Self-government is not a passive inheritance. It is an active responsibility.
A healthy Republic requires citizens who remain reasonably informed about what is happening in their communities, schools, cities, counties, states, federal government, and public institutions.
We should know who represents us, understand major decisions being made in our name, follow how public money is spent, verify important information before spreading it, participate in elections and civic life, and hold our own political side accountable when necessary.
Better government requires more than better politicians. It requires engaged citizens.
Stay Informed. Stay Engaged. Ask Questions. Participate. Hold Power Accountable.
